See Google’s New Tech Releases

At their recent hardware launch event in San Francisco, global tech giant Alphabet presented the world with a vast array of consumer products, with the ambition of owning everyone’s data. According to Techcrunch, computing continues to accelerate away from static desktops and screens, coalescing into a cloud of connected devices.

Our devices will generate far more data — and data of a far more intimate nature — than ever before.

Google's New Releases See Through The Cloud Via Techcrunch

Alongside theirtwo new “Google designed” Android smartphones (called Pixel), we’ll also see the first Androids to be preloaded with the company’s AI assistant (the Google Assistant). They’ll of course also include fully unlimited cloud storage, which as Techcrunch puts it “Suck(s) users’ photos and videos into Google’s cloud.”

Google Wifi routers, Google Home automation with an always-listening connected speaker, and support for other third-party IoT devices (such as Philips Hue lightbulbs) also made the list of new releases. Yes, an updated Chromecast (the Ultra) is also among the tech giant’s daydream turned reality.
